I was approached by their marketing team to design a free quarterly publication that would further their professional image and help work towards sourcing some of the most sought after properties in Wales. It would feature regular features that would create something aspirational, showcasing affluent areas of Cardiff and Penarth, promote high-end home style products, recipes from local award winning chefs as well as provide property advice and information on MJ’s existing services.

In keeping with the current branding, I created visually-led editorial spreads using strong photography and product shots alongside crisp, modern design elements. To maintain a high level of continuity from issue to issue, I created master style sheets alongside paragraph and character style sheets.
